Source: Town of Reseburg, Clark County, Wisconsin Tax Roles. 1896: Stevon Alford with two parcels, totaling 44.88 acres in Section 5 and Theo Cecicoria with two parcels, totaling 44.88 acres in Section 5. Nothing in Section 6. 1897: Same as 1896, except names are spelled Stephan Alfuth and Theodor Cicicora. Stephan is listed in the Personal Property records as having the following: 1 horse, 3 cattle, and 1 wagon, with a value of $22.00. Theodor is listed with 2 horses, 2 cattle and 1 wagon and a value of $36.00. 1913: No Stephan Alfuth listed in land records. Joe Ciecora listed in Section 5, 88 acres. Also Theo Ciecora listed with 64 acres. John Alfuth listed in Section 21 with 40 acres. The name “R. Pierson” listed as “non resident” next to John Alfuth’s record. I have no idea what that means. Joe Cicora is listed in the personal property records, but the name is crossed out. Before cross out he had 2 horses, 10 cattle, 2 sheep, 1 swine and 3 wagons. Stephen Alfuth listed in personal property records (maybe a renter?, records don’t specify) as follows: 2 horses, 15 cattle, 3 wagons. 1914: Joe Ciecora, 4 parcels totaling 60 acres in Section 5. Theo Ciecora, 2 parcels totaling 64 acres in Section 5. Steffen Alfuth listed in personal property as follows: 2 horses, 15 cattle, 3 wagons. Joe Ciecora listed (maybe a renter?, records don’t specify) with 5 horses, 15 cattle, 2 sheep, 2 swine, 2 wagons. |
