(23 JUL 1875 - 31 JAN 1919) The funeral of Mrs. Austin Pierce was held at Fairchild, Eau Claire Co., Wis. last Sunday afternoon, and was attended by a number of relatives and friends from here. Burial was in the Fairchild Cemetery. Rev. J. B. Braddock officiated. Eliza Ann Buckley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Buckley, was born in Clark County, Wis., near the Cotton School House, five miles north of Humbird, on July 23, 1875, and died at her home in Fairchild on Jan. 31, 1919, aged 43 years, 6 months and 8 days. She was united in marriage with Austin Pierce on March 21, 1890. To this union were born ten children, all of whom survive. She is also survived by her husband, mother, three sisters and two brothers, and a number of other relatives. |
