Marshall Clarence Albright, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Albright, died at the home of his parents at five o'clock yesterday afternoon from complications of the influenza. The funeral will be held from the family home at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.

Albright was employed in the Ames Shipyard at Seattle and became afflicted with a mild case of the influenza about a week ago. He decided to return home for a time, but did not consider himself ill enough to go to bed. Several days ago his condition became worse and pneumonia developed, with other complications which physicians say were undoubtedly due to the influenza, and the end came yesterday morning.

Marshall Albright was born at Humbird, Clark County, Wis., Feb. 28, 1890, twenty-nine years ago. In 1912, the family removed to this county, first making their home at Quilcene. Marshall Albright became an employee of the Green Shingle Mill, remaining with that concern for three years. He was interested in poultry and left the mill to take charge of a poultry ranch in Snohomish Co. A year ago, attracted by the excellent wages paid in the shipyards, he entered the Ames plant. For months past he was in charge of a drilling and reaming machine and was very well satisfied with the opportunity which had been presented him in the industry. He was an unusually amiable and likable young fellow and his good qualities won him a host of friends wherever he made his home. Although not making his home in this city, he had visited his parents here many times after their removal from Quilcene, and was well known to local people. All his friends were inexpressibly shocked when the news of his death became known, as it was not generally known that his illness was considered serious. He was unmarried. In addition to his parents he is survived by three brothers and one sister.
