Ole & Karen (Pederson) Johnson Family of Curtiss, WI In the year of 1851 on March 24, in Ringeborgulbransdalen, Norway, a legal child was baptized by the name of Ole. Ole Johnson was married to Karen Pederson in Norway, December 5, 1874 and moved to Curtiss, Wisconsin in 1880. He died July 14, 1908 near Curtiss, Wisconsin at the age of 57 years, 3 months, and 21 days. His wife, the former Karen Pederson, was born in Ringebogulbransdalen, Norway, September 6, 1856. She married Ole Johnson December 5, 1874 and moved to Curtiss, Wisconsin in 1880. She died February 18, 1930 at Curtiss, Wisconsin. She was 73 years, 5 months, and 12 days old. To this union, twelve children were born:
