Herman & Lenore "Nora" (Holverson) Awe

Lenore Holverson

 

Lenore Holverson graduated from High School with the class of 1921.  The photo above was taken from a collection once owned by Ellen (Olson) Johnson who was a classmate and fellow graduate from the High School in Neillsville, Clark Co., Wisconsin.  The NHS yearbook commented that she was in The Travel Club & the Penelope Club during her freshman year.  Lenore married Herman Awe of Greenwood.

 

Herman was born September 20, 1889 and Lenore was born in 1901. They married June 20, 1923. and are both buried in the Riverside Cemetery, Hixon twp., Clark County, Wisconsin.
