Leo Bredesen's Farm

When my mother, Eileen was born, Mabel and Leo Bredesen lived at about the intersection of E. Division and Crocker Ave. in Greenwood across from the John Arends home. That house was later occupied by the Ellingson family. They purchased the farm on the edge of town when the well drilling business was growing and Leo needed more room for storage of the well drilling tools, well casing etc. and also for the animals that were sometimes received in payment for a well.  Michael Dunn (grandson).
