Robert John Heimann, 80, of Eau Claire, died Monday, December 6, 1999 at Dove Health Care Center.


Robert was born June 4, 1919 in Thorp, WI to John and Elizabeth (Miller) Heimann. He married Nilah J. Linse at Sacred Heart Church, Eau Claire in 1949.


Robert is survived by his daughter Mary (Carl) Piecuch, of Eau Claire grandson Matthew granddaughter, Rachel brother Wilfred (Jan) Heimann of Klamoth, OR sister Maxine (Tony) Gruba of Chippewa Falls, WI many cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Nilah and parents.


A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 10, 1999 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eau Claire with Father Michael G. Mertens officiating.  Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 1999 at Prock Funeral Home, Eau Claire. Rosary service at 7:00 p.m.
