SERVICES HELD FOR THUMAN PEDERSON AT NEILLSVILLE


Funeral services were scheduled for Monday at 1:30 p.m., at the Georgas-Gesche funeral home for Thuman L. Pederson, 68, Route 3, Neillsville, Clark County, who passed away late Friday, Sept. 24, 1976 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. Rev. William Noble, pastor of the United Methodist Church, officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville Cemetery.


Thuman L. Pederson was born Oct. 9, 1907, in Iowa, and moved to Clark County at an early age. He received his education in Greenwood and Colby Schools, and attended vocational school in Milwaukee.


He worked for the Northern States Power Company, and then served in the Armed Forces during World War II. Returning to civilian life he operated Pederson Electric in Neillsville until his retirement in 1968, because of ill health.


He was married June 26, 1937, at Neillsville, to the former Alma A. Wegner, and she survives him.


Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Velda Wussow, Colby.


One sister, Fern, preceded him in death.
