Sarah (Sally) Schwarze, 84, Neillsville Memorial Home, formerly of Greenwood, died at 12:35 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Medical Center, Neillsville.


The body will be cremated, and memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion United Church of Christ, Greenwood, with the Rev. John Tschudy officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.


Rinka Funeral Home, Greenwood, is in charge of arrangements.


She was born Nov. 7, 1906, in Abbotsford, to the late Oluf and Myrtle (Tuttle) Olson. She attended Neillsville High School and Stevens Point Normal College.


She was married to Ewald Schwarze Nov. 28, 1928, in Greenwood. He died May 15, 1979.


She was a teacher in the Greenwood area in the special education field until retirement. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ.


Survivors include two sons, Donald of Madison and Stanley of Rochester, Minn. one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Eileen) Krapf of Greenwood two sister, Mildred of Arizona and Barbara of Cambria two brothers, Kenneth of Neillsville and Oluf of Wisconsin Rapids four grandchildren and one great grandson.


She was also predeceased by two sisters and three brothers.
