MRS. WM. MILLARD PASSES AWAY

Anna Bischoff, daughter of August and Carolina Bischoff, was born in Germany Oct. 16, 1870 and passed away at her home 4 miles southeast of Loyal, Clark County, Friday, May 31, 1940, having reached the age of 69 years, 7 months and 15 days.

When she was 12 years old the family came to Hustisford, Dodge County. She was married Feb. 24, 1891 to John Neeb and they resided in Hart and Bethany, Minn. Four children were born to them, Otto of Winona, Minn. Anna of St. Charles, Minn. Alma (Mrs. Herbert Fitz), Waukesha, Wis. and Oscar of Loyal. Mr. Neeb passed away Dec. 15, 1905 and on Nov. 9, 1909 she married Wm. Millard. To this union one child was born, Helen (Mrs. Harold Seidelman) of Auburndale. In 1916 the family moved to Loyal.

In August 1938 she suffered a stroke and in May 1939 another, and was seriously ill ever since.

She is survived by her husband and the above named children, 5 grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, and two brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held from the home at 2:30 Sunday afternoon, Rev. E.G. Pfeiffer of Greenwood officiated. Burial was made at Hart Minn. on Monday. Rev. Pfeiffer also accompanied the body to Minn. the Misses Elaine Belter, Alice Wendt and Louis Keiner sang What a Friend We Have In Jesus , The Old Rugged Cross and Abide With Me at the home.
