MRS. FRANK MORGAL


Greenwood--Mrs. Frank Morgal, 89, of Willard, Clark County, died at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1970 at the Neillsville Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient since Feb. 15 after suffering a stroke.


Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hill Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. The Rev. Michael Mertens, pastor, will officiate and burial will be made in the parish cemetery.


Friends may call at the funeral home beginning Friday afternoon. The general rosary service will be held there at 8 p.m. Friday.


The former Margaret Plutt was born June 11, 1880 in Yugoslavia and came to the United States in 1901. She was married at Ely, Minn., Oct. 1, 1902 to Frank Morgal, who preceded her in death July 9, 1954.


The couple farmed in Minnesota until 1913, when they moved to a farm at Willard, Clark County.


She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, the Altar Society and the American Slovanian Catholic Union Lodge.


Survivors include a son, Frank Morgal, Willard four daughters, Mrs. Alvin (Mary) Ehlers, Greenwood Miss Emily Morgal, Chicago, Ill. and Margaret and Amy Morgal, both at home three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
