Plank, Alice (1906 - 1962)


GREENWOOD--Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Bergemann Funeral Home in Neillsville for Miss Alice Plank, 56, Neillsville, formerly of Greenwood, who died Friday morning (6/13 /1962) at the University Hospital in Madison. Terrance McCreedy, student pastor at the United Church of Christ, will officiate, and burial will take place in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Bergemann Funeral Home beginning this evening.


Miss Alice Plank, a native of the Greenwood area, had been a telephone operator for the Greenwood Telephone Company for a number of years.


Her survivors are her parents, Mrs. And Mrs. Sylvester Plank, Neillsville; four sisters, Mrs. Helen Francis, Neillsville; Mrs. Charles (Dorothy) Neuenfeldt, Spencer; Mrs. Mildred Carney, Chicago, Ill.; and Mrs. John (Margaret) Richards, Mount Prospect, Ill.


One brother, James Plank, preceded her in death.
