Debevec, Ronald Anthony (1948 - 1967)


GREENWOOD--Services were conducted today (Monday) at Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard for Ronald Anthony Debevec, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Debevec, Willard, Clark County, who was killed early Saturday morning, Sept. 16, 1967, in a car-train accident near Colby. The Rev. William Nikolai officiated, and burial was made in the Holy Family Cemetery.


The Hill Funeral Home at Greenwood was in charge of arrangements, and a general rosary service was conducted there Sunday evening.


Ronald was born May 15, 1948, in Chicago, and was a graduate of the Greenwood High School with the class of 1966.


In addition to his parents, survivors are six sisters, Susan, Joanne, Sandra, Arlene, Margery and Lora, all at home his paternal grandfather, Anton Debevec Sr., Greenwood and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Gutt, Chicago.
