Buddinger, George F. (1900 - 1990)


George F. Buddinger, 90, Route 4, Neillsville, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 1990, at Neillsville Memorial Home, Neillsville. Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 27, 1990, at 11 a.m. at Gesche Funeral Home, Inc., Neillsville. Rev. Thomas LaChapelle officiated and burial was in the Neillsville City Cemetery. Friends served as pallbearers.


George F. Buddinger was born Oct. 7, 1900, in the town of York, Clark County, to Peter and Minnie (nee Luebke) Buddinger. He received his education in Foreman Schools in the town of York. After school, he continued to work on the family farm until his semi-retirement in 1980. He married Estella E. Selves Nov. 7, 1923, in Neillsville. She preceded him in death Aug. 31, 1984. He continued to live there until he entered the memorial home in late November of this year.


He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers and three sisters.


Gesche Funeral Home, Inc., handled the arrangements.
