ELMER REDIG, SR. SERVICES HELD


Elmer George Redig, 65, Route 2, Spencer passed away at his home June 28, 1975. The funeral was held at Rux Funeral Home, Tuesday, July 1, 1975 at 10:00 a.m. and burial was made in West Spencer Cemetery, Clark County. Rev. Keith Schoerlucke officiated at the funeral rites.


Mr. Redig was born in the Town of Sherman, Feb. 20, 1910. He was married to the former Mary Ann Buss, April 30, 1937. She preceded him in death.


He farmed in the Town of Sherman.


He is survived by the following children: Mrs. Robert (Ruby) Waldhauser, route 2, Loyal; Mrs. Wallace (Donna) Bauer, route 2, Spencer; Mrs. Ted (Lorna) Mueller, route 1, Spencer; Elmer Redig, Jr., route 2, Loyal; Mrs. Hubert (Darlene) Loechler, Stafford, Texas; Mrs. Jerry (Joyce) Davis, Houston, Texas; Arvin, Houston, Texas; Orin, route 2, Spencer; Alan, route 2, Spencer; an Cheryl, Neillsville. He was preceded in death by two daughters and one son. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren and four brothers and one sister, Ray Mueller, route 2, Spencer; Ed Redig, Rhinelander Walter Redig, route 3, Marshfield; Bill Redig, Alaska and Mrs. Harry (Myrtle) Lanoue, Marshfield.


Pallbearers were Frank McVean, Roy Mueller, Albert Mueller, Dale Walderhauser, James Walderhauser, and Mike Walderhauser.
