Koschak, Frank H. Sr. (9 July 1914 - 25 Sept. 1993)


Frank H. Koschak Sr., 79, Willard, Clark County, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1993, at the House of the Dove, Marshfield.


Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 1993, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. Rev. Steve Baures officiated. Burial was in Holy Family Church Cemetery.


Pallbearers were Frank Govek, John Stamcar, Don McFarland, Frank Debevec, Albert Zorman and Bill Petkovsek.


Frank H. Koschak was born July 9, 1914, in Willard, to Louis and Johanna (nee Push) Koschak. He received his education in Willard and Greenwood.


He married Mary Lamovec on Aug. 10, 1946, in Willard. She survives. He farmed on the family farm until 1966. He then worked for Plautz Brothers as a bookkeeper for two years before going to mobile home construction. He worked for Pathfinder, Greenwood Homes and Stratford Homes from 1968-80. He served as treasurer for North Hendren Dairy Co-op for 12 years as well as on the town board for the Town of Hendren. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the Druzba Club and was treasurer for the fraternal organization KSKJ for 40 years.


Survivors include his wife two daughters, Jackie (Donald) Myers, Eau Claire and Linda (James) Caliebe, Eau Claire three sons, Francis Koschak, Mission Viejo, Cal. John (Nancy) Koschak, Greenwood and Steve (Barb) Koschak, Loyal 14 grandchildren two brothers, Louis Koschak, Waukegan, Ill. and Stanley Koschak, Las Vegas, Nev. and five sisters, Jennie Krapf, Greenwood Christin Belensky, Waukegan, Ill. Mary Lesar, Willard Angela Knutel, Waukegan, Ill. and Ann Lamovec, Eau Claire.


He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.


Rinka Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
