Ross, Mattie Garfield (28 JUN 1871 - 22 NOV 1891)

Died, at Osseo, Wis., Nov. 22, 1891, Mattie Garfield Ross, daughter of Mrs. T.J. Bibby, of this city (Neillsville Clark County), aged 20 years, 4 months and 24 days.

Mrs. Ross was married last December to J. W. Ross, of Osseo, at which place she died, leaving a little daughter of five weeks.

We greatly mourn the loss of our dear departed Mattie, who had such bright prospects before her. Her mother and sister were with her during her last week of sickness. Several of her Neillsville Friends arrived there, but too late to see her she was past all suffering, resting in Jesus.
