Santala, Lucille G. (1 OCT 1922 - 19 APR 2002)

WITHEE - Lucille G. Santala, 79, of Withee, died April 19, 2002, at Victory Medical Center in Stanley.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Maurina Funeral Home in Owen. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Withee.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

She was born Oct. 1, 1922, in the town of Hixon to Alvin and Martha (nee Henneman) Pribbernow. She married Eugene Santala on Oct. 30, 1948, in Owen and he died on April 12, 1980. The couple farmed in the town of Hixon.

Surviving are two daughters, Patricia (Ken) Mengel of Withee and Shirley (Mike) Johnson of Greenwood nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and seven brothers, Rueben (Arlene) Pribbernow of Spencer, Charles (Ilene) Pribbernow of Owen, Earl (Boots) Pribbernow of Arizona, Ben (Ruth) Pribbernow of Wyoming, Al (Alice) Pribbernow of Abbotsford, Don Pribbernow of Wyoming and Robert (Kathy) Pribbernow of Sheboygan.
