Little Red Schoolhouse built in 1866 next to the old log schoolhouse. NE corner of sec. 2 on 1880 Grant plat map. Replaced by new schoolhouse in 1880, across the street from the Little Red Schoolhouse. NW corner sec. 1, on 1905 Grant plat map. Next to the Adventist Church. Replaced by a new schoolhouse in 1906, across the street in the NE corner of sec. 2 on the 1915 Grant plat map.

The school at the NW corner of sec. 33 is identified as the Washington School on the 1926 Grant plat map.
