As I recall, Irene and Delos were in the 8th grade.

 

Delos is the brother of Aunt Leora Lange, Elaine, Irene and Margaret and Harlan are my second cousins.

 

Miss Hardrath made pictures of the classes, cut out red valentine hearts and pasted a white lace paper doily and a picture on a heart for each student for Valentines Day 1937. The picture again illustrates that most of the families living in the community were related.

I have transcribed details below from the Elmwood School Minutes book. There are spaces between the teachers after 1923 to show the missing records. I have double checked what I have here for the records to compile this listing. Bud provided a teacher list for the time frame 1933 - 1938 from records which are not in the book he had provided.
