Carlsen, Geo. & Lillian Hansen (bef. 1912)

My Grandparent's George and Lillian Carlsen met met while singing in while both were singing in the choir at the Nazareth Lutheran church in Withee, Clark Co., Wisconsin. They were married in that church March 31, 1912. The picture below was taken before they tied the knot and appears to be some sort of church function as even the men are wearing aprons. I'd like to identify as many people as possible in the photo and determine the actual time period when they were photographed. If you can help, please contact me.
