Pre 1900 Train Trestle
1907 Panoramic View of Owen, WI The original photo of Owen, Wisconsin, hangs in city hall. It has been taken to various schools as a tool for historical talks of the town. It is a long photo; therefore, I had to take two snap shots of it to preserve more of the details. In the copy below, those sections have been spliced together so the panoramic view could be displayed true to form. Many people have asked what high structure was on the north end of town to provide this view for the photographer.
1912 Main Street (This old time panoramic photo was likely taken from the North end of Main street, looking South because of the water area located on the right side of the photo because that is where the mills and logging operations were going on.)
