Tilseth is new Neillsville recruiter

Sergeant Jake Tilseth is Neillsville’s new Recruiting and Retention NCO for the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

Tilseth, who is originally from Menomonie, has served the National Guard as a combat engineer out of Chippewa Falls for a total of 10 years and served one year in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004 and in 2005 working in combat patrol.  He began training to become a recruiter April 1.

Tilseth looks forward to meeting community members and becoming part of the community.
